Susan Winship MSW, Executive Director, The South Sudanese Enrichment for Families 
Susan grew up in Connecticut and went to Skidmore College and then to NYU School of Social Work. She built a career working in Independent Schools as a consultant and Director of Counseling. She has always had a private practice till early 2000 when she started a nonprofit which supported the “Lost Boys of Sudan,” The Sudanese Education Fund.
In 2014, she left the organization and worked for three years as Director of the Lowell Community Foundation but found herself back with the South Sudanese in 2017 as the Executive Director. The organization which she runs is now called South Sudanese Enrichment for Families.
She also works with a group of philanthropists to learn about philanthropy in New England and until recently, consulted with the Fatherhood Project at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Susan lives in Lincoln Massachusetts with her husband and has two grown children who live out of State.
